At Lathik Fashions, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our detailed return and refund policy below.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days from the date you receive your order. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations allow only partial refunds:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 5 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at shop@lathikfashions.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at shop@lathikfashions.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
